Usually I have yogurt but lately nothing has been staying down. The one thing that does settle my pouch which is a snack is mini rice cakes in carmel corn flavor.

I am not allowed to snack but I do at times... and its usually beef jerky, protein bar, s/f jello... popcorn.. or string cheese.

I guess my favorite snack would be microwaved pepperoni chips, my son makes them for me, and I tell him every time that he makes them better than I could, and just the smile on his face makes this my fav snack...

Mozzarella cheese sticks, LiveActive Cheese (yum), SF pudding or jello...that's all folks!

If I am in the mood for "junk" food, I will make parmesan cheese crisps in the oven. I like to get them really crispy, so my mouth thinks they are like chips, but I know they are full of protein! :P Also a few nuts are always quick and easy! Christy

Hi Lea I was wondering where Sunday's post was. I thought maybe because it was Sunday. so glad I caught it this morning. anyway.....My favorite snack is not unusual. Just very easy and convenient. I grab a Mozzarella cheese stick. But sometimes I like beef jerky too. I have no imagination. But these are easy. Jolene

My all time favorite snack is cottage cheese top with salsa, avacado and a sprinkle of Low fat cheese. It's self explanitory on how to make it, and I can tell you it is heavenly and it also is something that I would have eaten before WLS but now in much smaller amounts and low cal. fat and carbs.

I have a protein draink..... WOOHOOOOOOO!!!! 1/2 for morning snack and 1/2 for afternoon snack..... (since I am so new to the new me)
