I take Fage 0 Percent Fat Greek Yogurt, flavor it with Splenda and vanilla and 1/2 cup gives you 10 g protein and about 60 calories and a whopping amount of calcium. It's perfect for almost all stages of food.

My favorite snack changes weekly almost...right now I will have a small piece or two of beef jerky (low-fat kind). It satisfies my need for spicy and gives me some protein too.

I try to plan my eating at the beginning of everyday on Fitday and that keeps me from snacking (even if the plan is mini meals that day). However once in a while I do indulge in have Stacey's Cinnamon Sugar Pita Chips. Yes a little high in carbs, but they are low enough in sugar (I do dump very easily) and have a little protein in them. I also eat Oh Yeah protein wafer bars. Nanci

Darsi is an almond pusher! Sarah is a PB pusher I snack on both (if I feel the need) which is usually only during my TOM.

I don't snack. But if it's necessary, I would say peanut butter!

I seem to change favorite snacks. I do enjoy the individual cheese sticks or else I will sometimes snack on some almonds. Then there are times when I just have a protein shake (fuzzy navel mixed with peach tea). Guess it depends on my mood. Sally

Lately... its jerky. Oh, and Cashews/Macadamia nuts. And pumpkin seeds. I think those are my only ones. Pumpkin seeds are way high in protein... which is awesome. Krissy aka navywife25
