Daily Post--1/13/08
I try to plan my eating at the beginning of everyday on Fitday and that keeps me from snacking (even if the plan is mini meals that day). However once in a while I do indulge in have Stacey's Cinnamon Sugar Pita Chips. Yes a little high in carbs, but they are low enough in sugar (I do dump very easily) and have a little protein in them.
I also eat Oh Yeah protein wafer bars.
