it adds to the total sum of calories... and he's right!!!

Starbucks NF iced latte (sometimes with Unjury unflavored added)
SF gum, SF mints, flavor added to water, lip balm (it's my crack!!), vanilla almonds
I'm never hungry...
Not much of a snacker here... TTL!!!

Mine is totally lazy. I mix up a scoop of any flavor protein powder (usually choc.) w/ a scoop of Splenda/Altern (cause I really like "sweet"). Cut up an apple into small or medium chunks. Put a Tbls. or 2 of p.b. on a plate. Stab a chunk of apple, catch a smear of p.b. on it, then totally roll it in the protein powder mixture & eat! It takes a fair amount of time to eat (depending on how many chunks you want) and is very filling. Whatever amount of the powder that's left, I just finish w/ a spoon.
