Daily Post--1/12/08
I stretch all day long but its so hard getting exercise in ON PURPOSE (other than at the gym) in my daily routine. I'm a full time student so I guess my biggest things that I do are that i park farther from school and walk... and then i have to walk back and forth across campus several times a day.
When i go shopping and such i always tend to park farther away too to get some walking.
Although I think i've had enough of walking after this weekend... i walked up and down the strip in vegas so many times... and for the most part tried to go u p the stairs instead of using the escalators.
