The one thing that I make sure I do everyday is take the "long route" when walking somewhere at work. If I have to use the bathroom, I use the one farthest away...etc. I like to think it helps! LB

I stretch all day long but its so hard getting exercise in ON PURPOSE (other than at the gym) in my daily routine. I'm a full time student so I guess my biggest things that I do are that i park farther from school and walk... and then i have to walk back and forth across campus several times a day. When i go shopping and such i always tend to park farther away too to get some walking. Although I think i've had enough of walking after this weekend... i walked up and down the strip in vegas so many times... and for the most part tried to go u p the stairs instead of using the escalators. I have taken up pacing. I seem to do it a lot when I am at work. I will get up out of my chair and pace my office between phone calls and other things. I do tend to get dizzy when I find myself walking in circles. Maryann

When I'm talking on the phone, sometimes I'll just exercise my legs. Up - down - up - down.. it's monotonous! lol
