I love walking outside, that what exercise I normally get. I am learning how to belly dance via fittv shimmy videos. I don't have to for any set schedule so I do it when I can.
I have a walk away the pounds DVD that I sometimes use and also a book of exercises to use with the balance ball and stretch bands. Have not gotten into it in great depth yet. That is my goal for this week.

Okay, I'm posting WAY WAY late but i just got home from Vegas so its at least worth posting right.. lol
My fave workout video is Strip Tease Aerobics by carmen electra. Its a lot of cardio and fun and entertaining.
