I asked for (and got) The Bean for Christmas. It's an inflatable - well, bean - that you use in your exercise program. It comes with a DVD full of different workouts, and I've really enjoyed it! My 6 yo nephew likes to lay on the Bean to watch cartoons, too! hehehe Anyway, it's good for old people like me, because you don't have to get on the ground to do push-ups or ab work - it's all up on top of the inflatable "chair" - and while it doesn't feel like a "workout", you can feel it the next day, so you know it worked!

Since you don't want to hear about the gym (or Curves for Women) at this time, I would have to say that just wearing my pedometer to keep track of how many steps I take each day helps me to keep on track with a little more exercise. If I am low, I do a little more walking to help burn some calories.
