Mine is danceing... I have started helping teach my daughter's clogging class again (for the first time in years). Have you ever seen clogging? That is ONE GOOD WORKOUT!!! .. I also LOVE to put on my MP3 player at work and walk around the parkinlot.. it is such a releif.

I don't use any exercise tapes or videos but when I exercise I do listen to my Ipod playlists. I tried the couch to 5K for running but the music just wasn't for me..kinda boring I guess. Michelle

Lea knows what I'm going to say... First let me admit I am a lazy @$$ and will drive by the gym and wave (I pass three on my way to and from work). BUT my cable company has Exercise Tv on Demand (Time Warner) I love this channel. You can put together workouts that last anywhere from 10-???? minutes. I currently do about 50 minutes each day and have three routines constructed----cardio/strength/abs/stretching. It's almost like having a personal trainer I have muscles (arms and legs!!!!) The trainers I like best are Desiree Bartlett, Amy Dixon, and Dove. For beginners, I started my workout odyssey with Leslie Sansone's WATP tapes and loved them.

Hi, I have both, ProForm iFIT Indoor Cycle and an Elliptical Trainer... I can either set them to an interactive program... usually level 3 progressive aerobic days or more strenuous weekends... or use iFIT and cycle Hawaii on HD or anywhere else interactively. Mostly, I hit Level 3 out of 4 and look at my pool and surrounding mountains during sunrise in the desert... the most gorgeous sunrises in the US!!! It's a great way to start a morning! I also cycle outdoors and walk... mostly weekends due to the dark afterwork. Five days a week rain or shine... it's my commitment... This weekend I'm hiking the Indian Canyons with a friend... Murray Trail if you all know the area... Gorgeous!!! Weather should be in the low 70s!!! Also, have signed up for Tour de Palm Springs and will cycle 10 miles... could do more only my skinny biker friend is a wimp... LOL!!! I don't do the gym... if I had the right bud, perhaps... Kim

I like walking, especially at the beach. On Wednesdays I help out in my son's classroom. The school is 2 miles from our home. I walked there and back for a total of 4 miles. It felt great to be outside. I'm going to try to do this as often as I can.
