Okay, late again... Hubby got home last night and the first day home is ALWAYS hectic here! Today's question may be one that some folks have no input on, but you can still get credit for posting some sort of response--even if that is just to say that you would like to hear other's input or that you have no input, etc. SO, with that said, here is the question: What is your favorite exercise video, exercise program, or audio program for exercising. This could be a workout video. It could be a pre-recorded set of songs for walking or exercising to a pace. It could be an exercise or walking/running program like the couch to 5K stuff, etc. What we are NOT talking about is something gym-related. These will all be options for working out at home and on your own instead of at the gym. Lea

My favorite videos are Carmen Electra's Aerobic Striptease Series. I haven't been able to do them since surgery, but hopefull I will again soon. I also have a video called Ballet Bootcamp that I like a lot, it's pretty tough and I haven't done it in years so I'm looking forward to getting fit enough to keep up with that one again too.

Well I could have been the crude male and said porn videos but I'm not gonna. Wait....I just did. Oops. I really don't have one. My exercise is usually not structured. I work at an Ethanol plant and I am surrounded by stairs and I climb them more than needed just for the extra output. Some people say that I should do more over and above what I do at work but let me tell you.....You never get used to climbing 12 stories of stairs.

Hi, I really like the Walk Away the Pounds dvds. I've only done 1 and 2...hoping to do 3 in the not too distant future. It's a quick, and easy way to walk a mile in your own living room...a good investment for cold and/or rainy days!

I started doing yoga at home after buying a cheap dvd (it was on sale for $5) called "Yoga Journal's Yoga for Longevity." There are various routines to choose from, including a 30 minute "beginners" version. If you think you're too fat to try yoga (I used to think that way), you're wrong. It's so relaxing and it's a great workout. Everyone should try it at least once This is the only yoga DVD that I own, so I can't say if it's the BEST... but I like it.

I find if I am excersizing at home I just sit on the couch. So none for me.
