Daily Post--1/8/08

I know this is past the date for the daily post but I just wanted to say....although I struggle with getting three 16.9 ounce bottles of water in a day (total 50.7 oz.), this post helped me learn some new ways. My problem is time because at my job, I can't drink all the time so when i do, it's alot to drink without filling me up so full. I work with dental patients all day as a dental assistant. I'll keep trying. Hope to finally reach 64 ounces/day Jolene

I drink 100+ OZ of water a day. I add crystal lite, decaf tea, and drink carb hot choc. (low sugar, and low calories) Amy I

I really don't have a problem getting in all of my water. I drink just plain water, always have. I was never much of a pop drinker, I did like ice tea, but just once in a while. I have a cup that I use that holds 32 ounces of water and I know as long as I fill it twice a day, I have nailed it. I normally drink two of them during the day then in the evening I drink glass after glass. I have learned this winter and freezing that if I drink glasses of warm water, it really helps me to maintain some of my body heat and I stay warmer. Maryann

I am really struggling to get my water in every day. I do drink flavored Aquafina which helps, but I havent been able to get the required 64 oz. This was a great thread to give me some ideas. LB
