Daily Post--1/8/08
I drink 10oz. of water when I first get up in the morning. Then have 8oz. milk with my protien in it. Then keep a glass of ice water or a cold bottle with me all the time.
In the evening I have a 16oz. Cappocina.. and try to drink more water befroe bed. Don't know exactly how much I get in. But seems to be plenty. Alice
I need more tricks. I do enjoy a 20oz tea at the start of my evening shift and I start each day with a 16oz propel so I try to get in half without much thought. After that I work hard to remember to take a bottle of something when I walk out the door.
I have been extremely busy with an extra job and my husband having surgery so my fluids are way down.

I can't drink just plain water. It just won't go down, and cold drinks HURT. So, I make 32 oz of chamomile tea at a time and drink that. It's not gross if you re-heat it. I have two Nalgene Bottles that go to work with me. One has hot tea in it. The other has just the two teabags and two packages of Splenda. At lunch, by which time I've usually killed the first bottle, I'll make the second and start on that. Sometimes I will have room temp crystal lite, but not often.
I have a 32 oz. water bottle that I feel with water and two Special K H20 w/protein.
I have a 20 oz. bottle that I feel with water twice a day.
I also drink a 11 1/2 oz. Minute Maid Light Lemonaid when I take my iron pill.
I drink the Minute Maid 6.75 oz fruit punch packs that have 10 calories each (about 2 a day with vitamins)
and I drink 8 to 10 oz. of Diet V8 splash Berry Blend in the morning to take my morning pills.
All this gets me over my 64 ozs. not to meantin my protien drinks.
