I have a water bottle that holds 32 oz - I fill with ice when I leave home in the morning and fill with propel once I'm at my desk at work. I drink 1 full bottle before lunch - after l eat lunch, I fill with ice again and fill with the rest of the propel (I buy the 32 oz. bottle) I tell myself I have to drink that before I go home - I always get 64 oz in daily - but I need to work more on drinking more water while I am at home at night. I'm going to try to drink more at home in the evenings.
I usually start my day with a protein shake (made with 8oz orange sunrise crystal light) and then I take (2) 3 cup jugs of decaffeinated tea with me to work, I make sure that if I haven't drank them both at work (which I usually don't) I finish the 2nd one off by no later than 8:30-9 and then I drink a minimum of 1 ****iasionally 2) more glasses of water or tea before I go to bed. This way I know I am getting my 64 oz in and anything extra is all bonus!!
I've always been a water baby, so this is easy for me. Earlier in the process it was difficult to get the protein and water in... I used 'Nectar' in fuzzy peach and coffee flavors back then... that's the ONLY way I could have come close to the requirements, but now at 14 mos. out it's quite easy.
I drink protein AchievOne shakes, NF lattes, refill my Starbucks Venti glass with water throughout the day and eve. I drink purified water and also add 'Water Sensations' in grape as well as 'Splenda flavor accents' in raspberry.
I start early at 5:30 am. on my bike... all through the day... and end the eve with water at my bedside... see I'm a true water baby.

I am glad I'm not the only one who isn't a big water drinker! In the summer, iced cold water is great, but this time of year, I just can't seem to do it. I do make sure I get my fluids in with unsweetened tea or crystal light lemonade. I do have a cup or two of coffee in the morning also, but use equal and skim milk.

Sadly, I still struggle with getting my full 64 oz in. I have been trying different things lately to keep me interested. SF decaf instant coffees, flavored protein water packets, etc. I also make sure I have a bottle of water with me when I work out so that I can drink then entire time I'm exercising. If all else fails, I make sure I drink a 6 - 8 oz glass before bed. Though much more than that and I'll be getting up in the middle of the night!
I look forward to reading the posts for this question so I can finally find a way that helps me religiously get my water in. Thanks for the question, Lea!
Water was an adjustment thing for me. Early out I had to have flavor (CL, SF Kool aid) and had a horrible time getting in my fluids. Now, I do plain water (it's just easier). During the week at work...I drink from a 12 ounce cup (with ice). I know that's not 12 ounces of water, I count it as 8 ounces. I drink decaf coffee (I allow myself 2 cups a day). I have a system that works for me. I make myself drink two cups of water before my first cup of coffee. So with the decaf I'm getting 24 ounces. Then another two cups of water and another coffee, that's another 24 ounces. Then after lunch, I have to do 4 more cups of water. That's 56 ounces before I get home. Once I'm home, I have a 32 ounce cup I fill up and usually fini**** before bed. I average a little over 70 ounces of jus****er, 90 plus ounces of fluid every day. Basically, if I'm not eating or waiting (before or after) eating, I'm drinking something.
