Flavored almonds, south beach bars, bumble bee sensations tuna (130 calories, very filling). String cheese.
That being said I try to only snack when planned, IE if Im going to jog after work, grab a snack an hour before.
My snacks of choice lately are:
Lowfat Cheese
Almonds
Lite and Fit Yogurt
Edamame
Piece of protein bar
Fresh fruit (lately it's apples and pears)

I have been trying to eat a lot of protein through meat. It seems everyother day is ground beef or chicken. I hate fish, so I don;t have any other choice. I am starting to get tired of both.
Or I eat a piece of fruit or string cheese.
My favorite snacks are:
whole grain crackers with RF PB
Cashews - only a few
Whole Grain Goldfish
String Cheese
Yogurt - Dannon Light and Fit
Vanilla Bean Almonds
Pistachios

My favorite snacks are string cheese, low fat/carb light n' fit yogurt w/ kashi go lean, and Cinnamon Brown sugar almonds by Diamond!!! And the vanilla of course. I buy all of this at my local grocery store (shop-rite)

Becky turned me on to her famous Ka****rail mix. It's yummy!
Kashi go lean and peanuts.. it's yum-o!
I also throw in some sunflower seeds. It's an addicting treat!!
