I'm just now getting to adding snacks into my meal plan. Today, in fact. I had a teaspoon of peanut butter for one, and a string cheese for another. I'm going to try to add some Greek Yogurt in too. I use that to take my pills. It comes fat free, unsweetened, so I add Splenda and a little vanilla and it's 20 g protein per cup.
I never snacked until about a year out, when my surgeon told me that I needed to have something when I felt light-headed between meals. Depending on how my protein intake went that day, I'll choose one of the following:
A tbls of crunchy peanut butter
String cheese
SF Jello
peanuts (sometimes honey-roasted)
SF Popsicles
If I snack I too eat string cheese, sometimes nuts (almonds, sometimes peanuts), sometimes I just have a glass of mil****asionally I will snack on a low fat cheese spread and I put it on these wonderful little "crackers" I found at my local Meijers store. They are called Nut Thins. They make, almond, pecan and a couple others. I found them near the healthfood. They are low fat have some protein in them and they aren't too bad on carbs (better than most crackers I have found). I don't eat them often but they are a nice snack when I want something crunchy!
I will have to look for turkey pepperoni! I have been making my family Eggface's tortilla pizzas! My 14 year old son begged me to make him one tonight. He wanted to watch me make it so he can make his own next time! LOL!! I'm so happy that my family is starting to be more conscious of what they are eating! I'M LOVIN' IT!!
I don't snack - I plan out my day on Fitday and make sure I get in all my water and protein by checking off the planned items on my schedule.
Having said that some people might consider eating several times a day that some of what I eat is snacks.
I eat cottage cheese and pineapples - Yum!
Cheese Sticks
Oh Yeah Protein Wafer Bars
Worldwide Protein Shakes
Whole Wheat Pumpkin Muffins (Made with extra Protein)

My snacks are usually light string cheese, light cheddar cheese, reduced fat triscuits or wheat thins or some fruit. I also like to munch mixed nuts too. Especially these when I have a hankering for something sweet:

When I do snake I usually do the cheese, sf/ff popsicles, fudgesicles and the sf/ff pudding. I also recently have tried the quaker rice flavered rice cake bites but I dunno if they are good for me because they have 13 carbs, no fat, 60 cals. and 1g of protein. I see alot of ideas on here though that I will look forward to trying someday!
