Snacks:
Homemade beef jerky
String cheese and Roast Beef Rolls ups (quarter the cheese and roll each quarter in a piece of thin sliced roast beef)
Cottage Chesse and fresh pineapple
Light n' fit yogurt
Hummus with cucumber slices, snap peas
I love cheese crisps but they are not filling enought to make it worth it
Apples and peanut butter
Celery and peanut butter
Banana with peanut butter
Fresh fruit, used to hate fruit before surgery, now I love it
I love cereal, it is my indulgent snack, but I have to eat it dry or I dump.
Love apple and cinnamon cheerios with banana in it!
If I snack, I eat string cheese rolled up in a slice of turkey lunch meat with mustard, or beef jerky, or Microwavable pork rinds, the whole bag has 210 calories, and 31 gms of protein and they are warm and crispy! Here is the website for ordering them

They also only have 3.5 carbs for the entire bag.
I don't think I have anything on my snack list that isn't already posted. I'll have cheese sticks, light yogurt, SF popcicles, cashews, south beach cereal bar, milk, V8 juice, hummus with whole wheat crackers, and my one indulgance is a couple of sugar free cookies.
This is a great thread, lots of good ideas...I like the pepperoni crisps idea!
I snack way to much but when I do it is usually on sharp cheddar cheese, sf ice cream, protein bars, 100calorie pop corn balls. I do have a few really bad snacks one is graham crackers and 100 calorie snack packs- but I would rather eat a small bag vs a whole container of something. If I don't let myself eat stuff I just want it all the more and then I binge so a little vs a lot has been my key.
Hugs,
Jen
