Daily Post--1/6/08
I have stalled once so far and it was only for about a week or two and it was HORRIBLE! Even though I knew that it was normal and that my body was just catching up to the large amount of recent weight loss it was discouraging to look at the scale stay in the same place.
The only tips I have are to exersize, drink lots and lots of water and stay AWAY from the scale!

I am currently on a stall but i think its breaking. I lost a pound finally after not a movedment in about a month... I tried to excerise, (Walk) drink more liquids, eat more calories.. Gained 4 lbs there.. lol but finally back to 169.
