Hi Lea,
I usually have to suppliment ~ I'm hooked on Muscle Milk light (milk chocolate) it has 20 g. of protein...
Sometimes if I want something sweet I'll have Oh Yeah Vanilla PB wafer (14 g protein for 2 bars) and I keep some of the South Beach Cinnamon raisin protein bars in my car (10 g. protein)
I'm afraid to try protein in my coffee ~ won't it break the protein down and not be worth it???

I definitely supplement. I do one or two shakes a day, depending on how my appetite for food is. I'm a vegetarian, so most days, I don't meet all of my protein requirements with food alone. I use EAS protein from Costco. Chocolate and Vanilla. I like to use the vanilla to make iced lattes....vanilla protein, instant decaf coffee, ice and a splash of sf syrup in my flavor of choice that day. Delish!
I also like Micellar Milk for a RTD.

I put my Unjury protein powder in my coffee. I use the Vanill or Chocolate, but I only do it once a day. I will drink a NSA CIB later in the day for added protein if I am falling short food wise getting it in.
I have a Sunbeam version of the Magic Bullett, and a Magic Bullett as well. I prefer the Sunbeam version to the real one.
I have tried several different protein drinks and the only one that really goes down easy is the Isopure Ready to Drink Alpine Punch. I think that it tastes like fruit punch. I had been drinking 1 per day which is a total of 40 g's of protein, but I have decided to up my protein from food (eating more meat) and only drink 1/2 of an Isopure per day.

Hi
I supplement every day with a chocolate protein shake. 40 grs of whey protein isolate with 1 cup lactose free fat free milk. 200 cal. 10 grms carbs. Biochem Ultimate Protein System.
I have tried to get my protein in without supplementing but it just becomse too much food and calories and leads to slow weightloss. I just cant eat that much food. But, I will say, protein shakes are lititimate "real food" so I'm going with that angle!
