I need to supplement my diet more, because I know i"m not getting enough protein. My hair is falling out too much for me to be getting enough. I do have the Body Fortress powders in Chocolate and Vanilla. Just mix with 8 oz skim milk and it's good to go. For variation, I'll throw in some peanut butter with the chocolate flavor, or a banana or some frozen berries with the vanilla. I would really like to try some frozen cherries in the chocolate, or some instant coffee and sugar free hazelnut syrup in the vanilla, those sound really yummy.

I don't use protein powders or other protein supplements. I get all of mine strictly from food. I'm definitely a meat eater! lol I've tried the different proteins, but I could never find one I could stomach. Cheers!

I live on Starbuck's Venti Iced NF latte's w/scoop unflavored Unjury - FABULOUS!!! Also, AchievOne all flavors... this is my main diet listed... My metabolism is so slow I'm in the 400-600 calorie range most days... and that's with indoor cycling 30-45 minutes on a level three out of four 5X per week... HA! No wonder I was heavy...

Right now, I do at least one protein shake a day, but as I get further out, both my surgeon and i would like to be able to get in the protein without using supplements. I really don't have a favorite yet. I am still sampling to find one that I don't just tolerate, but actually enjoy.

i supplement on days that i know i am terribly behind thru food- depending on work/school schedule- i try to tuck a "bar" into my bag- i latched onto the payday pros- i love em but they are a little high in calories and sugars to eat often. i have run the gamut of bars and i really have no favorite. i used unflavored protein early out in everything- my creamed soups/my puddings/whatever-even my mashed potatoes when i first started eatig mushy foods.... in summer, i often start the morning with a choc shake- i am lazy so it's just a scoop with water -whatever flavor du jour...i don't care for the nectars at all.....i care for a few of the specialty flavors but have quit indulging due to cost! i am way too lazy to use the belnder etc but enjoy fresh fruit in my shakes. this winter, i have done a sf hot cocoa pack with a scoop of choc to make a hot cocoa before going to bed in the mornings ( i work midnites)-kindof a calm me down.... i probly need to get self back into a routine-maybe then i can reach my goal weight?

I have at least 1 a day. My doctor actually encourages the use of protein suppliments. The one I use most is Slim Fast's new Low Carb Shake. It has 2 grams of sugar and 20 proteins.

Currently, I'm using Atkins RTD Chocolate Royale for my 5:30 A.M. wake-up drink. I find the bars are too tempting but I have some PureProtein PeanutButter Chocolate ones for back-up.
