I've got a wonderful husband so I am lucky. As far as seeing a change so far I haven't and I hope I don't see one. I swear I don't know how I missed this message earlier but I sure did. Sorry! Kellie

I've been single during my wls journey, but I have chose to be. I think I'd rather start dating again after I'm at goal and/or had plastic surgery. I don't want to have to explain all of the details to a new friend. Cheers!

My marriage is better then ever! My husband was so supportive of my WLS because he was very worried about my health. I married him when I was 19 and weighted a wopping 125 lbs. he never critizied my weight even at my largest which was 361.5 lbs. but he did become very worried about losing me because of my co-morbities. Even though I am far from goal he still gives me encouragement. Today walking out the door wearing my size 16 jeans he said I love your butt. You can't beat that! I hope you don't mind my being a day late with this. Nanci

I don't think I've been post op long enough for this to make any difference in my relationship. My husband has been very supportive and took great care of me when I was recovering.
