Jean, thanks for the web site for the bean. I shall look. I was born in Oregon so acclimated I guess. I can take the wet winters if we have a really nice summer which we usually do. If you went up I-5 you went through the Roseburg area. My son lives in Beaverton by Portland and we have friends in Fairview. Funny huh. Julia

I go to a gym summer and winter. Outside walking in the summer too. The dogs need it!! I have been a slacker on exercise in December and need to get it going again now. It needs to be a habit. Julia

I'm lucky enough to live in Sunny California so IF I DID excercise outside it wouldn't really have an effect on my routine. I really plan on starting walking my dogs on the beach though.

My routine pretty much stays the same. I go to the gym and walk on the treadmill, ride the bike and do some of the weight machines. I had my surgery in October so I didnt really have the opportunity to enjoy the warm weather while trying to get fit. One of my Christmas presents was a new mountain bike, so I definitely plan to use that beginning in the spring! LB

Brrr...........it is cold outside and it makes me want to hibernate. But, being a former fattie i know I must move so, I go to the YMCA and exercise or I am lucky to have a low cost gym at work so i go there on lunch. Otherwise i ain't gonna out in the cold!!!! I would like to ice skate, but last time i skated i broke my arse.....do you know how embarassing it is to go get your arse x-rayed!!!!! LOL Have a wintery great day!

I have a gym membership, so I don'[t have to worry about working out outside. However, if it does manage to snow or ice here, and prevent me from getting to the gym, I could just pop in a video or use my hand weights for a workout. No problem! Denise

I've started using my treadmill indoors. When the weather is nice I can garden, ride my bike, walk. Much better when it's nice out. Rachelle

I joined a gym and plan to go everyother day: Ice/snow/cold no matter what. I will be as reliable as the us postal service. I really love to go to the gym so I am hoping it will not get to be a drag
