Hi, I know I'm not Lea, but I will post today anyway. I have a question for you all, I know I have lost weight in my face. It is really starting to bother me! Wrinkles are appearing where they didn't before, as they were filled out with fat. Is anyone else disappointed with the way they are looking? Leslie

I must confess that Nora Ephron and I are now on the same page...I hate my neck!! I figure there's nothing I can do about it though, so try not to obsess about it too much, but it does bother me. I'm going to go from fat to wrinkled--I'm in my late 40s so...it is what it is. I trashed my body.

I'm 48, but people used to say I looked in my mid-30's. Now I'm not so sure. I'm trying to keep a good outlook, but I see little lines on my top, not so stiff, upper lip!

I hate the way my face looks. I have all this hanging skin from under my chin area...kinda like the turkey thing happening. I am 36 and I feel that I look like I'm in my 40's. But I guess that is better than thinking I would never make my 40's.

I'm not far enough out to have to deal with that issue yet, but hopefully it will not be a problem for me.

I have also looked in the mirror and noticed the wrinkles on the sides of my mouth and under the chin, the forehead and the eyes since my 126 lbs loss and I hate it. My friend who is an RN also had WLS 5 years ago, and started having laser treatments to shrink the skin on her face. I'm going with her on her next appointment, because they can also do the arms the butt. legs, lower back, and stomach and it's about $500.00 an area. This will probably take 5 year to complete and then I'll start getting touch-ups at 7 years......lol But it's worth it to me if I can look a little better without having to get plactic surgery.
