The question is not "what did you eat today".. it's "What DIDN'T you eat today?" Ugh! I feel like I ate the whole sha-bang! I can't even post it, it's too frightening to even think about! lol BAD Lizard!

Still here lol I had 2 protein shake, chicken ( about 9 oz, that is 3oz at a time) asparagus ( about 3 oz) 2oz of garlic salami ( not very good choice) 1 cup cereal without milk, 1 banana yogurt . about 100oz liquid ( coffee, diet coke, cristal light) all my vitamins

my eating was not good today either. Breakfast was 2T peanut butter on a slice of toast. Lunch was 1 cup of cottage cheese mixed with a small container of fat free chocolate pudding. And dinner was some trail mix. I did take one calcium pill and my b12 today. Think I'll go get my multis in while I'm thinking about it. Thanks for the reminder! Denise

Breakfast, oatmeal Lunch, Shrimp boiled Dinner, Tuna Snack , persimmion and 1/2 banana I actually did good today,,
