11/26 MON What did you eat today?
breakfast--protein hot cocoa (36 protein)
snack--turkey pepperoni crisps (about 15 protein)
lunch--vanilla bean almonds and peanut butter crackers (maybe 12 protein)
snack--Walmart cajun trail mix (5 protein)
dinner--meatloaf, peas, carrots (about 30 protein)
snack--not sure!
Totals for the day are about 100 ozs clear liquids, 98 protein plus whatever snack I have later.

Ok, Lea, I'll play but I'm doing my surgiversary liquid diet. (In honor of the ten days I spent before surgery, good as gold.) The flavors change but the jello (and everything else) remains the same for 10 days.
Bkfst: Atkins Chocolate Royale Shake
Coffee
Snack: Key Lime Pie Kroger Lite Yogurt
Snack: 1 Cup Orange Juice mixed with 1 Cup water
Lunch: I Cup Cream of Broccoli Soup made with Lactaid Milk
Real Lemon Jello
Snack: Atkins Vanilla Shake
Snack: Beefy Mushroom Broth Soup
Dinner: 1 Cup Cream of Chicken and Herb Soup made with Lactaid Milk
1/2 Cup Cottage cheese with a squirt of taco sauce
Cherry Jello
Snack: NSA Fudgesicle
1 SF Dove raspberry truffle (My treat)
LOTS of water and hot tea and Minute Maid Light Cherry Limeade

Doing anything this strict (only for a short time) really gives focus and makes me feel in control. I don't advise it for anyone else.
