11/21 WEDS What did you eat today?
So, today will be a chance for many of you who are cooking for tomorrow to start to be bad! Sampling stuff and such is a good way to "graze" your way through the day. You only take a bite, but it adds up much quicker than you'd think! SO, be sure you DO think as you taste and sip today! AND, if you are at a holiday gathering on the last day at work, be good! Protein first!
What did you eat today? Did you get your vitamins and fluids in??

No I didn't get all my vitamins or water in today... I was bad....
Went shopping today, first to pick up Tom (my turkey) , and then everything else! Yikes, this used to be my favorite "eating" holiday... The only thing I really, really want is a grilled sandwich of Turkey, stuffing, mayo, salt & pepper on white bread grilled like a grilled cheese sandwich! Then of course dunked in gravy... OMG I'm in trouble!!! Wish me luck, I'll be fighting with myself all day over it, to have it or not to have it, that is the question!

S; 1 Tbl. EVIL PB, and a protein shake made with 1/2 C. soy nog, 1/2 C. skim plus and 1 scoop unjury unflavored protein powder. It was ok, but I couldn't fini****
