Ah, roll call day... Hope to see better numbers this week than last... I also wish more folks took advantage of these posts! What are you eating today? Did you get your vitamins and water in? Lea

breakfast--protein cocoa (36 protein) snack--2 boiled eggs (almost 13 protein) lunch--turkey pepperoni crisps and cheddar cheese (25 protein) snack--almonds (5 protein) dinner--boneless center cut pork chop and some peas/corn (about 25 protein) snack--protein pudding with cream cheese (17.5 protein) Totals for the day are 100+ ozs clear liquids, 1460 calories, 37 net carbs, and 122 protein. Not too bad! I think that this elevation to 1500 or so calories per day may be where I need to be since I dropped 3 pounds since starting it last week. I'm going to give it another week or so and see what's what! Lea
