lunch--leftover cheesy enchillada casserole (13 protein)
snack--pecans (3 protein)
dinner--beef strips and stir fry veggies (about 35 protein)
snack--popcorn with parmesan cheese (5 protein)
Totals for the day are 100+ ozs clear liquids and about 107 proteins.
