breakfast--protein cocoa (36 protein) snack--chocolate chex (2 protein) lunch--bacon (14 protein) snack--turkey pepperoni crisps (14 protein) dinner--cubed beef steak, mushrooms and a bit of a rice dish (41 protein) snack--popcorn (3 protein) Totals for the day are 100+ ozs clear liquids, 1150 calories, 71 carbs, and 109 protein.
