breakfast--protein cocoa (38 protein)
snack--small Wendy's chili (17 protein)
lunch--1/2 of a leftover beef patty with onions/mushrooms and cheese (about 23 protein)
snack--peanut butter muffin (see my blog--8.6 protein)
dinner--cheesy enchillada casserole (maybe 20 protein with the cheese I added)
snack--spicy snack mix (5 protein)
Totals for the day are 1300 calories, 74 carbs and 110 protein with about 100 ozs of clear liquids. I'd like to have come in lower on cals and carbs but am starting to think that 1200 isn't enough for me per day at this point in my journey. I'm considering trying 1500 calories for a few days and seeing how that goes. If I up my calorie intake at this point and start losing again, I'll know why things have gone so slow this last few months!

slice of honeydew melon, 1 section of grapefruit 49 calories 1 gram protein

Dinner: Chicken teriyaki 1/2 cup 220 caloires 14 grams of protein
Salad 1/4 cup 8 calories 1 gram of protein
Vites, water, tea
snack: popcorn 35 calories 1 gram of protein
