11/13 TUES What did you eat today?
As I mentioned, I started my day out at the dentist...
breakfast--2 ozs cheddar cheese (12 protein)
lunch--burger patty with cheese, veggies and 1/4 of a hamburger bun (about 30 protein)
snack--SlimFast protein bar (15 protein)
dinner--4 ozs steak with onions and mushrooms plus about 1/3 cup peas/corn (28 protein)
snack--small piece pumpkin bread at our 4H meeting (maybe one protein)
SO, for the day, I'm at 100+ ozs clear liquids and around 85 protein.

I must say, I'm very scared of these posts. I don't feel confident in what I eat and hate to post it for all to see. lol but here goes...
Breakfast: (is always) protein coffee
snack: my usual Venti Starbucks (Decaf Nonfat Latte w/1 pump white mocha and 2 pumps sf gingerbread) after working out
lunch: went to Sizzler and had half of the taco salad I made, 1 chicken wing, a Tbs. of cottage cheese, a little mandarin oranges and pineapple, the crust of cheese bread
snack: banana and protein bar (I was starving which is REALLY rare)
dinner: pumpkin fage yogurt (only ate half of it so far, will eat the rest later)
