Protein Shake
2 italian cookies
spoonful mashed potatoes, spoonful creamed spinach, pc of broccoli, small pc of chicken (that is threatening to revisit me, )
I plan on having alot of tea tonight and another shake or stallone pudding or both!
I started on a good note with my water, but then got behind. I've gotten out of the water bottle habit...must try harder!
I have 1 Calcium left to take
Did alot of walking today.

breakfast--1 slice Nature's Own whole wheat/double fiber bread with 2 tbsps of that cinnamon raisin peanut butter Sarah is always pushing (about 10 protein)
lunch--protein cocoa (28 protein)
snack--the last 7 chips in the Pringles Light can! and some almonds (about 3 protein for the almonds AND chips)
snack--string cheese (6 protein)
dinner--burger patty with cheese, mushrooms and onions (sauteed) (about 35 protein)
snack--1 stick of an Oh Yeah bar (7 protein)
Totals for the day are 89 protein and over 120 ozs clear liquids. I didn't do calories or carbs.
