I am doing better, making better choices most of the time... trying to get all the protein in..
Chopped liver 174 calories 27 grams of Protein
2 chesse sticks 160 calories 14 grams of Protein
Boiled shrimp 4 oz 89 calories 17 grams of Protein
1 hard boiled egg 74 calories 6 grams of Protein
Soy protein milk 80 calories 5 grams of Protein
Rasberry whey 50 calories 13 grams of Protein
Plus water and water and water...
While I'm not doing terribly, I am still not "back on track" since my trip.
breakfast--protein bar (30 protein but about the same in carbs--UGH!)
lunch--cheddar cheese (12 protein)
dinner--thinly sliced steak with sauteed onions/mushrooms (30 protein)
snack--almonds (5 protein)
So, for the day, I was at 77 protein and 100+ ozs of clear liquids. I don't know exactly where my carbs and calories fell, but they were less than 1000 cals and 100 carbs which isn't too terrible. I just wish the protein had been closer to 100 though I've been trying the 100+ for a month now and have not gotten my weight loss rolling again with it as my Nut had said I would.... I think as long as I'm hitting 80 to 100 grams per day I'll be happy.
