11/9 What did YOU eat today??
Yeah! Happy Friday everybody! Do you have any special plans for the weekend? Nothing PLANNED here...weekends tend to be very unplanned in my household, including the food we eat. I never feel like cooking once Friday comes.
So, how was your food plan today? Did you get in enough protein? How about fluids?

Despite the very cold weather, I got out and did a couple hours of walking around a zoo with my young'uns! It was alot of fun.
My eating was OK today....

Go figure... last night I ate 2 slices for dinner and had no problem. The PJ TC pizza is like eating a pizza on a thin cracker; normal pizza, I manage about 1/2 slice, or toppings and just the crust!

Chopped liver..... 109 calories 17 grams of Protein
Wendys chili, . 200 calories 17 Grams of Protein
5 french fries..bad i know... 88 calories and 1 gram of Protein
Coffee, and water all day..
