HIJACK! What did YOU eat today Nov 8?
HI! I understand Lea is doing some traveling, and Sarah is a social butterfly (maybe...I love reading about your adventures with your students!) and both are much busier than I am. So, I hope no one minds that I've taken the liberty to start this thread. OH is the way I begin and end my day, so I'm here anyway!
Anyhoo, go ahead...jump on in. What did you have to eat today?
Did you get in all of your vitamins?
Have you gotten any planned exercise?

HI! Yippee! I'm *almost* done with Holiday shopping! I spent the last 2 nites on the internet searching for deals for items my kids are hoping for, and I spent about 5 hrs outside today shopping with coupons and the sales. The hard part for me is the wrapping!
Exercise: walking, lots of it!
Vites: YES
Fluids: I'll be catching up tonite
Food: Protein Shake
Stallone Pudding
Crispy Chicken Snacker Wrap (ate all of the chicken, about 1/3 of the wrap)
finished those d**n almonds!
2 slices of Papa John's Thin Crispy Pizza with Cheese/Olives
If I get hungry tonite, I'll have a shake...otherwise, that's it for me!

I did really good today..
I ate chopped liver 1/2 cup
3 oz of jack links
1/4 lb of boiled prawns
lots of water and all my vites.. As for exercise. just a little walking..
And for x-mas shopping.. lol I have alot to buy for, brought a lot already
but with 6 grandchildren, 5 adult married children, plus spouses, and lots
of neices, nephews, and God Children... the list goes on and on, and on...
