11/6 What did you eat today?

Filling in for Lea while she is out of town. Did you eat well? Have you exercised enough? Did you get all your vitamins in???
What did you eat today??

B: PB and Banana sandwich on honey flax bread and glass of skim milk
L: Baked chicken nuggets and baked mac and cheese (Barilla Plus)
D: Asian marinated pork loin and tuscan mixed veggies
S: Will be yogurt
My exercise was grocery shopping, wiped me out since I'm just 2 weeks for lap hernia repair today...got home and needed a nap.
Thanks for posting this, Sarah. I almost posted it yesterday when I noticed that Lea hadn't (I figured she was otherwise occupied) but didn't want to "break" any rules
(are there any rules? I dunno! )
oatmeal with skim milk
small wendy's chili with cheese
1/2 muscle milk pudding
handful of almonds
2 oz turkey burger, 1/4 baked potato w lite sour cream and balance spread
apple with ff caramel dip, few almonds
very low on protein today, will do better tomorrow! Had all of my vites...got a new chewable adult multi at Vitamin Store today, pineapple flavored. Maybe I can get my husband to take them! Walked around the mall today...too cold to be outside.

Well today was a first for me since surgery, Chinese Food. It is the food I knew I would miss the most and didn't really think I'd ever be able to eat again because of all the sauces and breadings. We have a Chinese buffet that was our favorite and they actually had some things for me to choose from. So this is my day
B-Protein coffee
L-Chinese food- 2 pieces of coconut shrimp, 1 skewer of teriyaki chicken, 1 piece of chicken with 3 mushrooms, 1 piece of beef (from broccoli beef), teaspoon of seafood/cheddar bake, about 5 green beans, half of an asparagus spear, half a bite of sesame chicken, 1 small shrimp and 1 pineapple from Mike's stirfry. I have NO IDEA how to log it in Daily Plate (lol)
S-popcorn at movies
D-turkey/mayo/cheesestick rolled up and turkey/cr.cheese/pickle rolled up
S-probably a protein bar
Started back to exercise today~woo hoo!!!! Did an hour with the trainer learning some of the machines, dumbbells, treadmill, elliptical, bike, and crunches. We will be warming up on the treadmill, doing sort of a circuit thing going back and forth between the machines and the elliptical and then ending on the bike! I really liked it and did better than I thought. It felt good to be back at it!!! I also was at Kohls for 2 hours with my daughter walking around, trying on clothes, and standing around, so that is more exercise too!!!
Most of all my vitamins are in, still working on it!!!
Sorry to leave you guys hanging! You know how hectic it is planning and leaving on a trip!
I'm trying to remember what I ate that day!
breakfast--my protein cocoa (about 37 protein)
lunch--chicken tenders (maybe 20 protein)
dinner--chicken and cheese quesadillas with very few bites of the tortillas (25 protein)
snack--sinful cheesecake (maybe 3 protein)
Totals for the day would be about 85 protein and more calories and carbs than I want to think about... I also got in about 80 ozs of clear liquids.
