11/4 SUN What did you eat today?
Just haven't felt much like eating today.
breakfast--protein cocoa (37 protein)
snack--protein pudding (14 protein)
lunch--protein cocoa (37 protein)
I haven't had dinner yet and am not sure I'll have anything. I do need to get in another 32 ozs or so of clear liquids as I don't count the liquid in protein drinks towards my daily total. As it stands right now, I have had about 64 ozs of liquids, almost 600 calories, 35 carbs, and 88 protein. That is way shy of my normal daily average, but I just feel crappy and can't make myself eat more. Maybe I'll feel like a snack later. Who knows!

Breakfast was a handful of dry roasted peanuts on the way to church. I had a 16 oz cup of coffee with about 2 oz milk and 3 pkgs Splenda. Lunch was a few slices of smoked sausage, a bite of steak (it was dry), a meatball, chunk of pineapple, and a small salad with half a boiled egg and some grated cheese. Tonight, supper is nachos. I may have a snack later, just not sure yet.

My reply should be "What didn't I eat today??" The only "real" meal I had today was at dinner: 1/2 matzo ball and broth, 1/4 of a blue cheese burger minus the bread, 2 forkfulls of greek salad. I grazed through the day...we woke up early, went shopping at home depot, went home, then went grocery shopping, then I had to prepare for a 2-hr work event, then I worked....I never really sat down to eat, just picked at whatever was around, which is never a good thing for me. In addition to the real food, I just had a protein shake and 1/2 an apple with FF caramel dip. I think I'm going to do the 5-day pouch test (or a modified version!) starting tomorrow.
