Saturday again... I'll be posting the new week's roll call in a bit. I always try to get the Saturday and Sunday what-did-you-eat posts up first so that the timeline is right. I'm a bit of a stickler on dates being in line... Call me crazy! (you wouldn't be the first!) Are you exercising? I've done some dumbbell lifting and will do the treadmill later. Vitamins? I've taken all but my calcium and fish oil doses for the day... What did you eat today?? Lea

I've had 3 protein shakes, 6 glasses of water, 2 bowls of beef broth, and 2 sf jellos...I'm doing the 5 day pouch test...lol.

You are a brave person! I wouldn't be as brave at doing a 5 day liquids nowadays! OR, is it not liquids all 5 days? Guess I've not paid much attention to the 5 day thing! I pretty much have my routine and know that I am losing slower now but don't want to try new stuff to change what is really already working for me. At 14 mos out, I have lost 194 pounds now and have about 30 or so to go to my goal weight. It may take me the rest of year two to lose to goal, but I'll get there! Lea

My eating today was kind of unstructured, as weekends tend to be that way for me! Muscle Milk Pudding for breakfast (I put them in the fridge yesterday and discovered that when they're cold, the pudding has the consistency/texture of thick glue,,,yuck!!) Protein Shake made with carb countdown 3 steamed shrimp, 1 pc sesame chicken, 1/2 Oh Yeah Bar out to dinner with friends to a Turkish Restaurant: 1 c. of meat/tomato sauce/pita bread bits/yogurt dish about 1 c salad 1 small pc of pita bread wedge went to a different restaurant for dessert: 3 small cookies This is what happens when you go to dinner and you're the only wls person there! LOL All in all, I didn't do as bad as I could've, and I have almost my whole meal sitting in my fridge right now! I've gotten all of my calciums and B's in and am going to take my multi and iron right now. Julie

Today was a bit crazy for me. I had just gotten up, gotten dressed and taken my daughter to work. Walked in with her to hear my CSS had called in and could I stay. Well, good thing I was dressed for work, but I only had the one water bottle with me and no food. Hadn't even eaten breakfast yet. Grabbed a can of Sirloin Burger soup from my car. Ate all the meat out of it so we'll call it 20 grams of protein. Lunch was from Panera bread, a chicken chipotle sandwich, half of it. Ate all the chicken, but not all the bread. Supper was a cup of black bean soup, I think that's 10 grams protein. So still not getting enough protein. Should probably go drink some milk to help get it up.

breakfast--protein hot cocoa (37 protein) snack--almonds (3 protein) lunch--turkey pepperoni crisps and cheddar cheese (almost 26 protein) snack--1 stick of a chocolate peanut butter Oh Yeah (7 protein) dinner--chicken paella (23 protein) snack--oatmeal bar (3 protein) I'm a bit behind the norm on my liquids and am just at 64 ozs but will see 80 or more before the night is out. I've also had 1020 calories, 46 carbs and 98 protein... Lea

B: Iced non-fat latte, 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds L: AchievOne shake D: 1/4 chicken breast, 3 bites of black beans, 1 bite of rice, 1 grilled shrimp A lot of water and all vitamins/supplements
