lunch--cold chicken breast (27 protein)
snack--almonds (3 protein)
dinner--cubed steak, corn on cob (39 protein)
snack--oatmeal bar (3 protein)
Totals for the day are 120+ ozs clear liquids, 1000 calories, 33 carbs and 123 protein. Another pretty good day for me!

Happy Friday, Everyone! Hope November 2nd was a great day for y'all.
This is what I had to eat today:
protein shake with carb countdown, 2 deviled egg halves
Muscle Milk Protein Pudding, Oh Yea Protein Bar (I was out driving around from 9am until 2:30pm)
7 steamed shrimp, small handful of hazelnuts
about 3 oz breaded/baked chicken
(now comes the bad part----)
3 c cheese smartpop popcorn, 1/2 pumpkin donut
I did pretty good with my liquids today, and took all of my vitamins!
I really need to get off of my butt and do some real exercise....

Breakfast: Jack links, 3 slices of Banana, 1 slice of sausage - 324 calories 46 protein
Lunch: Tuna, mini apple, Tostada, not the shell only the lettuce and meat - 221 calories - 21 protein
Dinner: Cheese stick, potatoes,- 360 calories and 21 protein
Snack soy chai milk 40 calories and 2 protein
