A new month, a new challenge, and still trucking along! Aunt Flow is gone now and she took THREE pounds with her! I'm now weighing in at 217! Woohoo!! SO, to eat well today... What did you eat today? Lea

Overdid the chocolate yesterday, in spite of having better plans. It amazes me that I do not dump on large (I mean, really large!) amounts of chocolate yet a bowl of oatmeal will put me to sleep for 45 mins! Anyway, yesterday was yesterday and today is a new day. Protein shake (proscore with carb countdown) 7 steamed shrimp with a little ****tail sauce about 3/4 c spaghetti squash casserole (I tried making it high protein/low fat) I have on dose of calcium left to take, have had about 40 oz fluid and will work on getting in more, and if hunger strikes before nightfall I'll have another protein shake. 155lbs, trying to get to 143 by New Years!

I just noticed there's no EDIT button here, like on the main board. I guess from now on I won't post my food until I've finished eating for the day! Anyway, I'll add one more protein shake to my day's menu, and a handful of hazelnuts. Now, I'm off to bed! Has no one else eaten today?? julie

breakfast--steak and onions (36 protein) lunch--hot chocolate protein drink, no cocoa mix used this time (35 protein) snack--almonds (about 3 protein) dinner--meat crust pizza with pepperoni and mushrooms (29+ protein) snack--oat/protein bar (3 protein) Totals for the day are 120+ ozs of clear liquds, 1030 caloires, 29 carbs and 106 protein. Hi Lea I'm glad to be joining the challenge for the first time! Here's my menu for today! Breakfast: 1/4 cup of Kashi Go Lean cereal mixed with Peanuts - a Becky concoction ~ yummy! She just sent me a huge stash of it Lunch: 3oz Cubed Steak w/ beef water gravy flavored w/ Kitchen Bouquet 1/4 cup garlic mashed potatoes Crystal Light Lemon Iced tea Snack: 1/4 cup Kashi/peanut mix Dinner: 2oz cubed steak w/gravy 1/8 cup garlic taters (love those leftovers!) Crystal Light Lemon Iced Tea Snack: Dunno yet, it's still early for me - Probably a cheese stick or 2 Hugs!

Ok, this is a first, I've always been afraid of replying to a WDYET thread on OH, but I 'm happy to be doing this challenge so here goes... B~didn't have because my hubby screwed my schedule up L~Souplantation:salad, half a bowl of tomato veggie soup, 2 heals of sdough bread with the insides gone and butter D~deli wrap:low carb tortilla with miracle whip, london broil deli meat, mild cheddar cheese stick all rolled up I will probably still have my protein coffee or a protein bar before I go to bed I have it all logged in to mydailyplate.com and it took forever to do the salad, but I found it all!!
