Joining the new challenge

Here is my info:
PREOP (day before surgery) was 240 but before liquid diet was 254
CURRENT: 172
NEW YEAR'S GOAL: 150
ULTIMATE GOAL: 125
Surgery was April 17, 2007 in Dehli, India. I still have food issues. I pretty much live on yogurt and cottage cheese. More than 2 ounces of ANY meat makes me sick--I get nauseous from the 2 ounces but not "heaving". I work really hard to get 60 grams of protein daily but sometimes fall to as low as 35 because I forget to eat on the weekends. I cannot do whey products at all and budget is very limited so I can't buy the bullets either. I just keep trying.
Today's menu is:
1 cup plain, nonfat yogurt with Splenda for breakfast
1 cup Progresso Chicken with rice soup for lunch
1 container Taco Bell pintos for lunch
1 oz. soy nuts for snack
1 cup cottage cheese with tomato slices and raw red pepper slices for dinner
1 sugar-free popsicle for dessert
