so far so good...no candy yet breakfast: 2 eggs 1 slice cheese snack: protein shake lunch: 1 c lentil stew and 2 oz hamburger snack: protein shake supper: 2 oz hamburger, 1 cup salad, 2 egg whites snack: 1 small banana, 1 T pb, and 2 ak mak crackers

B: Coffee w/protein powder & equal 23p L: Tuna fish 14p Potato Salad w/egg 4p S: Popcicle D: Homemade Chili 27p S: 2 bite size baby ruth bars ??? not a good choice Made it through the day with minimum damage!!!! Robin

breakfast--different protein hot cocoa (41 grams) snack--pineapple lunch--leftover steak (36 grams) snack--chips (Ugh, again! These things have got to GO!) and almonds (3 protein) dinner--turkey italian sausage, barilla protein pasta and marinara sauce with parmesan cheese on top (24 protein) snack--part of a protein bar (3 grams) Totals for the day are 100+ ozs clear liquids, 1100+ calories, 80 carbs and 107 protein.
