Today, Coffee, tea , and water lots of water.. plus my vites Breakfast: 1 egg, 1 peice of sourdough bread, 1 oz of pork Lunch: 6 shrimp,1/2 cup of won ton soup, 1 chunk of watermelon, 1 chunk of cantalope, 1 slice of banana Dinner: 2 oz of jack links, Snacks : small ice cream fat free, sugar free, popcorn ** chunk size is about 4 bites **
