10/27 SAT What did you eat?
breakfast--mini cinnamon/raisin bagel with that sinful cinnamon raisin peanut butter Sarah keeps talking about (9 protein)
snack--protein hot cocoa (32 protein)
lunch--chicken breast, broccoli, fresh fruit and (don't shoot me!) a teeny sliver of cheesecake (this was lunch at that training... about 30 protein)
dinner--chicken breast strips (about 20 protein)
snack--chili (17 protein)
Totals for the day are about 108 protein and around 80 ozs clear liquids. I'm afraid to add up the calories and carbs! Back on the wagon tomorrow. But, I did replace my deceased scale tonight... Guess I'll get a true weight tomorrow for the challenge, but I'm not counting on it being down any since good ole Aunt Flow is visiting!

Breakfast-coffee half caff with choc. protein powder and a breakfast burrito from Micky d's....I know not good but I didn't eat all the tortilla (fed it to the dog).
Lunch-a 4 oz. steak

Supper-coffee half caff with the protein powder again...and well I wasn't hungry after all of that...so I think I will stop for today...probably not a good idea but here's the stats for today.....

That's the most protein i've gotten in ever!!
I just can't seem to get in much more calories than that. Probably why I'm not losing any faster. Oh well tommorrow is another day!
Today was not a good day for me food choice wise. I skipped breakfast and my morning snack. For lunch I was out and running around so I went to Applebees and ordered their appetizer trio: two mini cheeseburgers, some fried shrimp, and about 1/2 cup of this cheese thing with bread. I also had a dessert shooter (better than a regular-sized dessert I know, but still). Then I skipped my afternoon snack. For dinner I had some refried bean soup and some skim milk. For my evening snack I had a SF icer cream bar and some more milk. Not very good choices for lunch but I don't think my dinner and snack were too bad.
What frustrates me is that after I got home I tried to get online the nutritional info for what I ate so that I could at least know and Applebees doesn't do nutritional info for anything but their Weigh****chers items. I didn't know that and it was very irritating!

Well here is what I had today
B; yogurt w/ 1/2 C. kashi go lean
S; 1 Tbl. Jif peanut butter and 1 Tbl. Chocolate peanut butter YUM!!
L; 3 wedges of laughing cow garlic and herb and 8 soy crisps
D; eggplant parm. (baked and not breaded)
S; 2 Oh Yeah vanilla peanut butter protein wafers
totals for today... Cal 756, Fat 41, Carbs 50, Protein 53.
Not great on the carbs today... Oh well I'll try harder tomorrow

Woke and ate my crushed vites with applesauce, 2 tbsp.. yuckky
Water, and hot tea on the way into work.
