10/26 FRIDAY What did you eat?
And the weekend arrives.... Tomorrow (Saturday) will be a busy one for me as I drive 2 hours each way to do a couple of trainings (for parents of special needs kids) at a conference. 2 hours each way is 4 hours plus an hour of set up and tear down and 2 hours per session makes for a 9 hour day of non-stop. Add in to that the need to do errands on the way home like Sam's Club and Walmart and it will be a FULL day. Got to eat well today to be ready for it! And, I ordered my vitamin restock tonight and a 5 pound bucket of IDS belgian chocolate protein powder to keep up my protein supplementation that I've been doing since 10/12.... I'm on a roll!

Hey Lea. I train parents (foster and adoptive parents) of special needs kids too! Hope your training goes well tomorrow.
B'fast: Protein shake
Snack: Atkins protein bar
lunch: 3 ham/turkey/cheese roll-ups and wheat thins
Snack: 1/2 apple, 1 Tbp. reduced fat Peanut butter
Supper: Shrimp scampi (7 shrimp) and 1/4 c. mac & cheese (not a good choice!)
Looks like I need to get in more fruits and vegies.
breakfast--my protein hot cocoa but with no unflavored, only chocolate protein powder as I just ordered a 5 pound tub of the stuff, so no more stretching what I had on hand! (32 protein)
snack--boiled egg and protein pudding I made (almost 21 protein)
lunch--rotissierie chicken breast and (ugh) wavy bbq lays chips (almost 30 protein)
snack--cheddar cheese (12 protein)
dinner--turkey pepperoni crisps and string cheese (21+ protein)
snack--protein pudding (14 protein)
Totals for the day--1140 calories, 55 net carbs, and 129 protein with about 80 ozs clear liquids.

meal one, sugar free jello, 3 peices of sushi
Water and lots of tea and coffee
My second meal will be clam choswer soup, tuna mini can
MY third will be crab, yogurt and 2 more sushi,
plus my water and vites, which I crush and put in my yogurt today.
