breakfast--my protein hot cocoa (32 grams)
snack--half serving of the protein pudding I made (almost 5 grams)
lunch--leftover chicken/rice dish from last night's dinner (25 grams)
snack--Cajun trail mix from Walmart and a boiled egg (about 12 grams)
dinner--smoked sausage and cheese (about 22 protein)
snack--apple, if anything
Totals for the day 100+ ozs clear liquids and I fell short of my 100 protein for the first time since the 13th! I only got about 96...
