breakfast--protein hot cocoa (32 protein) snack--boiled egg (6+ protein) lunch--ground beef, refried beans and cheese (about 39 protein) snack--protein pudding (9 protein) dinner--chicken/peppers/onion/beans/rice (see http://www.obesityhelp.com/forums/amos/a,messageboard/action,replies/board_id,4856/cat_id, 4456/topic_id,3433650/ for more info) about 25 protein snack--protein pudding again (9 protein) Totals for the day are about 100 ozs of liquids, 1150 calories, 76 net carbs, and 120 protein. Wish the carbs were a bit lower, but not bad on the whole! Lea

Let's see, today was better, but don't know all the protein numbers, yet again. 8 oz of Protein Latte (10g) egg, cheese and sausage burrito, aobut half of it Beef tips in gravy with mashed potatoes (19 g) lasagna (noodles removed) (19g) some sort of soup with black beans, corn and shredded chicken, was good stuff And I've had all my vitamins, and 51 oz water so far. I do my day backwards.. I work 14 hour night shifts, and drive 90 min each way, so my day has just began... I work 5 pm to 7 am Snack when waking: 2 tbsp yogurt with all my vites smashed in, 1/2 C. tortilla soup, 1/2 small tortilla with low fat cheese melted Drive into work: Water, Hot tea peppermint Meal 1 at 8pm: Small Tuna salad with 4 crackers, 1/2 C. grapes Meal 2 At midnight I will have more vites, protein shake, Cheese stick, 1/2 cup of tortilla soup, crackers. ( this is what I brought in to eat.. will I fini**** we will see not always. At 3 am, My break, Salmon cream cheese, on 1/2 mini bagel, Throughout the night, I drink water with lemon, water with lime, and coffee... On the drive home, I drink water with a bit of low calorie cranberry juice in it. 20/80 mixture.
