10/23 TUES What did you eat?
A cool, rainy day here in WV leaves me feeling like saying to-heck-with-it and crawling BACK into bed! I've been that way all day! So, I have really had to make myself stay on track with food...
breakfast--my protein hot cocoa (32 grams protein)
snack--boiled egg and string cheese (14+ protein)
lunch--rotissierie chicken breast (about 28 protein)
snack--raw baby carrots dipped in dip made with plain yogurt (probably 2 grams protein?)
dinner--meatballs, marinara sauce, and barilla plus pasta with parmesan smothering it (about 30 protein)
snack--apple
Totals for the day are 100+ ozs of clear liquids and about 106 grams protein. I didn't count anything else today.

s: 16 animal crackers
d: 2 c. shrimp lo mein, 1 c. egg drop soup, egg roll, fortune cookie, 8 oz. milk
s: milk, 4 pickles
1846 calories roughly, above my goal but below the 2703 calories that http://www.thinnerself.com/files/calculator.htm says it takes to maintain my weight so I'm not overly unhappy. Just want to do better tomorrow. I think what got me was breakfast and then eating out with a friend for dinner, although I ate less than I normally would at dinnner so that's progress.
