10/21 SUN What did you eat?
Worked from 4am -8am went back to bed for a few hours so I got up at 11:45am and had one half of a english dip (roast beef, provalone cheese grilled on rye bed and dipped in au jus sauce) for lunch. Had 2 sugar free cut out cookies with sugar free frostening, and for dinner had about 3 oz of pork tenderloin with sourkraut(sp) and 3 canned whole potates that were roasted with the pork. I have a 100 cal bag of popcorn I am going to go and pop soon. I am back at wor****il midnight. Oh I also had 1/2 of a 42gm protein bullet and I am going to go make a protein shake around 10pm.

Hi All,
Well I keep trying to keep my numbers to 800 Calories, Fat 40, Carbs ?, and Protein 80. I need help! Does everyone count Carbs if they come from fruit and veggies? My NUT said they really don't count, but I think since I have adopted that thought my weight is slower. Is it just me or is it true?? HELP!! My calories are closer to 1000 and then I get down on myself, what can I do to change. I'll take all suggestions...

Totals... Calories 1248, Fat 61, Carbs 101, Protein 91.
So NO PEANUT BUTTER TOMORROW!!!
