breakfast--one egg scrambled and one slice ham (11+ protein) snack--12 ozs water, sf hot cocoa, 1/2 scoop chocolate Unjury, 1 scoop unflavored Unjury (32 protein) lunch--steak and salad (about 32 protein) snack--string cheese and 1 boiled egg (14+ protein) dinner--meat and cheese sauce out of a Hamburger Helper dish (about 14 protein) snack--peanut butter (8 protein) Totals for the day--over 100 ozs clear liquids, 1100 calories, 50 net carbs, and 111 protein.
