10/18 THURS What did you eat today?
what i PLANNED on eating didn't turn out to be what i ACTUALLY ate, AGAIN! but i didn't cheat or anything. i just didn't get in everything that i'd planned on having today and i don't have enough time left in the day to drink three cups of coffee AND two bottles of protein water without being up all night peeing it all out, lols!! so, this is what i'm sticking to for today...

s: small coffee (1 cream, 1 sugar) w/body fortress whey protein powder (chocolate)

Another bad day for me, I think I have PMS and am just craving food in my mind.

1/2 c penne pasta w/sauce

Dinner hasn't stayed down too well tonight, lots of belching, foamies and puking.
Will have coffee protein mixture to make-up for dinner.

breakfast--boiled egg, then a bit later my cocoa/protein powder like the last several days (total of almost 39 protein)
snack--1 tbsp peanut butter (4 protein)
lunch--ham and string cheese rollups (19 protein)
snack--boiled egg (6+ protein)
dinner--steak leftovers skillet heated with some mushrooms and onions, peas/corn (about 42 protein)
snack--peanut butter (8 protein)
Totals for the day--100+ ozs clear liquids, 1100 calories, 45 net carbs, and 118 protein. MUCH better than these last two days!
