10/15 MON What did you eat today?
Halfway through October already! The days are cooler and soon the time will change and the earlier dark-time will make it really feel like fall! Hope everyone had a good weekend. I've stuck to my plan to get in more protein and hit 100 or more grams of protein per day both Saturday and Sunday. Let's see how today works out!

snack--Carb Master yogurt with 1/4 scoop unflavored Unjury (17 protein) and a tbsp of peanut butter (4 protein)
dinner--lean center cut pork chop, peas/corn (26 protein)
snack--apple
Totals for the day are 100 ozs liquids, 1035 calories, 64 net carbs and 123 protein.

I could have made better choices on dinner and afternoon snack. What I should do next time is halve the chicken breast and have 1/2 cup rice with vegetables so it is more balanced. I also basically had three snacks for my afternoon snack instead of 1 so I need to try to cut back tomorrow on my snack.

Went to dinner with family and grazed on their food instead of ordering something for myself. Apparently I don't have the self control I thought and made some stupid choices.
