Halfway through October already! The days are cooler and soon the time will change and the earlier dark-time will make it really feel like fall! Hope everyone had a good weekend. I've stuck to my plan to get in more protein and hit 100 or more grams of protein per day both Saturday and Sunday. Let's see how today works out! Tell us what you are eating! Lea

breakfast--12 ozs ho****er with a sugar free cocoa packet and 1 1/2 scoops chocolate Unjury (32 grams protein) snack--ham/string cheese roll-ups (19 grams protein) lunch--canned white meat chicken made into chicken salad with non-fat yogurt and a pickle spear (25 grams protein) snack--Carb Master yogurt with 1/4 scoop unflavored Unjury (17 protein) and a tbsp of peanut butter (4 protein) dinner--lean center cut pork chop, peas/corn (26 protein) snack--apple Totals for the day are 100 ozs liquids, 1035 calories, 64 net carbs and 123 protein. b: 8 oz. milk, 1 egg white/cheese/turkey sausage muffin s: 1 med. banana l: 3 oz. chicken breast, 4 oz. cottage cheese, 1 small apple, 3 oz. carrots s: 9 animal crackers (lightly frosted on one side), 3 pieces SF chocolate, 4 pickles d: 1 chicken breast, 2 c. brown rice, 2/3 c. gravy s: 8 oz milk, 1 med. orange, 1 piece SF chocolate I could have made better choices on dinner and afternoon snack. What I should do next time is halve the chicken breast and have 1/2 cup rice with vegetables so it is more balanced. I also basically had three snacks for my afternoon snack instead of 1 so I need to try to cut back tomorrow on my snack.

I ate a bunch of crap today, so here it goes: B: Coffee w/cream & protein powder 23p L: Tortilla chips with cheese 15p S: peanuts and raisins 14p D: Coffee w/cream & protein powder 23p S: 5 french fries, 4 bites beef veggie soup, 1 slice of french bread w/ marinara sauce, bite of fried cheese stick, bite of chicken breast Went to dinner with family and grazed on their food instead of ordering something for myself. Apparently I don't have the self control I thought and made some stupid choices. Until tomorrow, Robin
