bfast: protein shake snack: 1/2 serving soy crisps lunch: roast chicken wing and thigh, steamed asparagus, 1/2 c. mac & cheese snack: 10 wheat thins, 1 slice ham w/ mustard supper: boiled egg w/ reduced fat mayo, 10 wheat thins snack: 1/2 apple with 1 Tbsp. reduced fat peanut butter I felt like a grazed all day, but I guess I didn't after all.
